"Switching car insurances and called to get a quote from State Farm, Cesar was SO HELPFUL! Honestly, if I had talked to anyone else, I dont know if i would have signed on so fast but he was fantastic. "In 25 years I have never experienced an insurance agency who is so unprofessional and inept as Kaitlyn Dugger. They are nice on the phone but they lack industry knowledge and has costed myself and others a lot of money and stress. Go with another State Farm Agency. NOTE: 2 years after this review Kaitlyn never denied it or contacted me. So sad. So pathetic. She never even replied to this review."
